She holds a PhD in contemporary Russian literature (focused on Gulag) & has lived and worked in Ukraine as an academic and project manager, before supporting Ukraine through cultural and fundraising initiatives across Europe, Canada & the US.
A translator and audiovisual adapter specialised in subtitling for the TV, she is also a calligrapher, poet, painter, photographer & researcher.
